| Our dishes are prepared
with simple and genuine ingredients, like “Chitarre
Abruzzesi al sugo di agnello” (home made
pasta in lamb sause) or “Fettuccine ai funghi
porcini” (home made pasta in boletus mushrooms
sause).
We will be glad to let you taste the famous
“Arrosticini di pecora” (grilled kebab
of sheep meat), typical dish of rural Abruzzo,
or the finger-licking “Agnello alla brace”
(Bar-b-cued lamb), proud dish of the regional
cuisine.
All dishes can be accompanied by excellent local
wines, like the world renowed Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
doc, full bodied red rich of many fragances, or
the straw- coloured Trebbiano Pecorino, a wine
with a fine and delicate scent and an harmonious
dry taste both coming from the most famous vineyards
and cellars of the Peligna Valley.
